Sleepyhead Launches BITE Sofa with Culture-Led Campaign

Sleepyhead, a modern furniture and sleep solutions brand, has launched its latest product, the BITE Sofa, through a dynamic, culture-led campaign that blends music, movement and contemporary design.

At the core of the campaign is an offbeat music video that captures the unfiltered and expressive nature of everyday life, positioning the sofa as both a functional product and a storytelling element. Moving away from traditional advertising formats, the campaign embraces a playful, irreverent tone rooted in pop culture.

Designed for a generation that balances chaos with comfort, the BITE Sofa combines style, durability and ease of use. It features a soft woven 380 GSM fabric that is both stain and water-repellent, making it a low-maintenance option for modern homes.

Built with a solid wood frame and 6 inches of high-resilience foam, the sofa offers durability alongside comfort. Its tuxedo-style design, tufted upholstery on all sides and generous seating depth enhance its lounge appeal, while raised wooden legs allow for easy cleaning and create a more spacious visual effect in compact living spaces.

Tested through over 50,000 abrasion cycles and supported by a 3-year warranty, the BITE Sofa is engineered to handle everyday use where spills and messes become part of the experience rather than a concern.

The campaign’s soundtrack is composed and produced by emerging live looping artist Gandhar, while the visual narrative features Piyush Gurbhele, Dance India Dance Season 6 runner-up, known for his expressive and storytelling-driven performances.

Expanding beyond the film, Sleepyhead has activated a creator-led dance-off campaign, encouraging influencers to share relatable “sofa spill” moments across social media, highlighting the product’s stain-resistant functionality in real-life scenarios.
