Spykar has introduced its latest denim fit, Ikemen, marking the launch with a nationwide campaign titled ‘Stay Hip, Stay Loose’, featuring Vidyut Jammwal.
Inspired by the resurgence of 90s fashion, the new fit reflects the growing preference among Gen Z and Gen Alpha consumers for relaxed, gender-fluid silhouettes that combine comfort with self-expression. Ikemen is positioned as a contemporary denim style that aligns with evolving fashion sensibilities and the demand for versatile, easygoing clothing.
The campaign highlights the spirit of modern style, where ‘Hip’ represents a trend-conscious, youth-driven mindset, while ‘Loose’ emphasises comfort, fluidity, and bold individuality. Together, they reflect a broader cultural transition where fashion is centred on personal expression rather than conformity.
With his dynamic personality, Vidyut Jammwal brings authenticity to the campaign, embodying the essence of Ikemen—effortless, confident, and unrestricted. His association strengthens the campaign’s narrative, reinforcing the idea that comfort and individuality define modern style.
Commenting on the launch, Sanjay Vakharia, CEO and Co-founder, Spykar, said,
“Ikemen is our response to a clear shift in consumer mindset. Today’s youth is moving towards relaxed silhouettes that allow individuality and ease. With Ikemen we are not just launching a fit, we are building a cultural narrative around how denim and style is evolving in India.”
The launch will be supported by a comprehensive multi-platform strategy, including campaign films, digital activations, and social media storytelling. Spykar also plans to extend the campaign through curated style edits, seasonal guides, and trend-focused content to drive Ikemen into mainstream fashion conversations.
