TrusTrace has reported strong early adoption of its One Retail Hub, a shared digital infrastructure designed to simplify supply chain compliance for fashion brands. Just seven weeks after launch, the platform is already delivering measurable efficiency gains, with brands reporting up to 70 percent reduction in compliance reporting time.
Developed to address growing regulatory demands such as HREDD, CSRD, and EUDR, One Retail Hub enables brands to manage supply chain accountability across multiple retail partners through a unified system. Instead of responding to separate data requests from individual retailers, brands can now complete a single assessment and share it across all participating partners.
The platform has been built in collaboration with leading retailers including Zalando, ASOS, and ABOUT YOU, signalling strong industry alignment towards shared compliance frameworks.
A key feature of One Retail Hub is its AI-enabled functionality, which extracts relevant information from existing compliance documentation, significantly reducing manual input. Tasks that previously required three to four weeks per retailer can now be completed within four to six days.
The platform is built around a standardised due diligence framework aligned with global guidelines, developed with input from organisations such as Cascale and Fair Wear Foundation. It also offers real-time gap analysis and improvement recommendations, helping brands move beyond compliance towards continuous improvement.
Industry leaders have highlighted the platform’s ability to reduce administrative burden while improving data consistency and transparency across supply chains. The early uptake reflects a broader shift from fragmented reporting systems to collaborative, standardised solutions.
With increasing global pressure on sustainability and traceability, One Retail Hub provides a scalable and accessible approach to compliance, available free of cost to brands of all sizes. TrusTrace aims to further expand its ecosystem by enabling integration with its enterprise platform for deeper supply chain insights.
