Raymond Lifestyle, one of India’s leading apparel and men’s fashion retailers, has joined hands with Unicommerce, India’s top e-commerce enablement SaaS platform, to strengthen and simplify its digital retail network.
Centralising Online Operations
Under this partnership, Raymond will use Unicommerce’s Uniware platform. The system offers order and warehouse management tools that help centralise operations across multiple marketplaces and brand websites.
Raymond Lifestyle Limited owns brands such as Raymond, Park Avenue, ColorPlus, and Parx. The company offers premium fabrics and apparel across formal, ethnic, and casual segments.
Unified Order and Inventory Management
With Uniware, Raymond can now track and manage all online orders through a single dashboard. The platform handles orders from Amazon, Myntra, and Raymond’s own website, which makes coordination faster and more transparent.
The technology also reduces errors through deeper automation and smooth channel integrations.
Enhanced Fulfilment and Returns Process
The platform improves warehouse workflows, which helps the brand fulfil orders more quickly. It also simplifies the entire returns cycle—from request to reverse logistics—reducing manual work and turnaround time.
