RadiciGroup Publishes 21st Sustainability Report Highlighting Two Decades of ESG Leadership

RadiciGroup has published its 21st Sustainability Report, reaffirming over twenty years of transparency and accountability. The report outlines progress across environmental, economic, and social dimensions. From its first Social Report in 2004 to the current GRI-aligned framework, the Group continues to evolve. Its next step is preparing for the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) standards.

Strong Investments for a Sustainable Future

Between 2020 and 2024, RadiciGroup invested €277 million to boost competitiveness and sustainability. In 2024 alone, it invested €44 million, including €3.3 million for environmental projects focused on energy efficiency and emission reduction.
These efforts are guided by its “From Earth to Earth” sustainability roadmap, which defines measurable ESG targets for 2030.

2024 Milestones: Lower Emissions and Circular Operations

RadiciGroup achieved major results in 2024. Direct emissions (Scope 1) fell by 81% compared to 2011. The company sourced 63.5% of its electricity from renewable energy, a share that continues to grow. It also achieved a near-100% packaging recovery rate through circular management of materials, water, and waste.
Together, these milestones confirm RadiciGroup’s commitment to a circular and responsible industrial model.

Expanding Measurement with Scope 3 Emissions

For the first time, the Group calculated Scope 3 emissions following GHG Protocol guidelines. The next challenge will be expanding and refining the measurement of the entire value chain footprint. This goal will be achieved through stronger collaboration with suppliers and customers.

Commitment to People and Workplace Safety

In 2024, RadiciGroup improved health and safety performance across its operations. It also introduced new training programs tailored to local cultures and needs.
The Group continues to build an inclusive workplace that respects human rights and supports professional growth.

Driving Innovation and Circular Design

Sustainability also drives product innovation at RadiciGroup. The company uses recycled and bio-based materials, solution dyeing to save water and energy, and low-carbon options verified by Life Cycle Assessment (LCA).
Its expertise in nylon recycling supports eco-design and circular production, ensuring every phase of the process adds value and reduces impact.

Governance and Digital Transformation

RadiciGroup’s governance systems strengthened their integrated ESG approach, ensuring full traceability of sustainability data. At the same time, digital transformation is advancing. New systems enhance production efficiency, data management, and cybersecurity, enabling smarter and more sustainable operations.
