The Business of Fashion (BoF) has revealed the BoF 500 Class of 2025. This year, 100 new individuals were recognized for shaping the global fashion industry. They come from 30 countries and represent 40 nationalities.
Notable entrants include actors Colman Domingo, Anna Sawai, and Thailand’s “Freen” Sarocha Chankimha and “Becky” Armstrong. Designers Simone Bellotti (Jil Sander), Michael Rider (Celine), Giambattista Valli, and Rachel Scott also made the list. Executives Patrice Louvet (Ralph Lauren) and Pascale Lepoivre (Loewe), musicians Doechii, Kendrick Lamar, and Tems, and models Alex Consani and Mamour Majang are part of the cohort as well.
The new members will be celebrated at a brunch in Paris, followed by the annual BoF 500 Gala at Shangri-La Paris.
Selection Criteria and Global Diversity
BoF selects new entrants annually based on their industry influence, nominations from existing members, global intelligence, and editorial research. With the 2025 class, the full BoF 500 now includes 1,613 individuals representing 98 nationalities.
Imran Amed, BoF Founder & CEO, said the 2025 cohort reflects fashion’s global evolution. For the first time, entrants hail from Montenegro, Mongolia, Cameroon, and Panama. This demonstrates the industry’s shift eastwards and southwards.
