Skechers Performance introduces the Skechers AERO Series in India, marking a new era of technical running innovation. Named for its aerodynamic design, the collection combines speed, style, and comfort to help runners push beyond personal limits.
Ben Stewart, Vice President of Skechers Technical Performance Division, highlighted that the AERO Series was developed using feedback from runners of all levels, from casual joggers to ultramarathoners, delivering the brand’s signature “Comfort That Performs.”
The collection includes two models:
Skechers AERO Burst™ – Designed for long-distance running, it features Hyper Burst Ice™ dual-density midsole foam, a carbon-infused H-plate in the forefoot, the Skechers Arch Fit® support system, and a breathable engineered mesh upper, ensuring comfort through extended mileage.
Skechers AERO Spark™ – A versatile trainer for everyday runs, offering dual-density Hyper Burst Ice™ cushioning, a refined Arch Fit® insole, and a carbon-infused H-plate for a responsive toe-off, with a breathable mesh upper and lace locks for a secure fit.
Rahul Vira, CEO, Skechers South Asia, stated that the Indian running community is increasingly seeking performance-enhancing footwear. The AERO Series merges aerodynamic design with comfort technologies and is suited for runners at all levels. Brand ambassadors Jasprit Bumrah and Sunil Chhetri reflect the performance and dedication the series embodies.
Both models are available in traditional lace-up versions and Skechers Hands Free Slip-ins® for a lightweight, friction-free fit. Key innovations include Skechers Hyper Arc™ technology and Goodyear® Performance Outsoles for enhanced traction, stability, and durability.
