Uttara Talapatra, Founder of Magical Blends and certified Skincare Coach, has been awarded the Best Entrepreneur Award at the prestigious Her Rising Awards 2025, hosted by HerKey on September 13th at Four Seasons, Mumbai.
The Her Rising Awards honour women achievers who demonstrate leadership, resilience, and excellence across industries while inspiring others on their career journeys. Organised by HerKey, India’s largest AI-powered career growth platform for women, the initiative empowers women with a safe and supportive community to pursue their aspirations and re-enter the workforce after career breaks.
With nearly two decades of experience at global companies including L’Oréal, Unilever, and Raymond Consumer Care, Uttara leveraged her deep expertise in beauty and D2C business to launch Magical Blends in 2024. Within just one year, the brand secured a patented skincare regime, setting new benchmarks in the competitive personal care industry.
Reflecting on her win, Uttara shared:
