Agilitas Sports, an innovation-led sportswear and athleisure solutions platform, has appointed Gourishanker Jha as Chief Digital and Technology Officer (CDTO). With more than 25 years of expertise in digital engineering, AI transformation, and global program leadership, he will spearhead Agilitas’s digital-first strategy to deliver seamless consumer experiences through advanced platforms, services, and data-driven engagement. He will also oversee digital initiatives and strategic alliances to boost growth and strengthen consumer relationships.
Previously, Gourishanker was Chief Transformation Officer at Movate, where he guided the company’s AI-first shift. He has also held senior roles at Hexaware Technologies as SVP & Global Digital Experience Lead, and at Publicis Sapient, managing portfolios in automotive, mar-tech, and commerce. Earlier, at DXC Technology and Infosys, he developed expertise in AI, omni-channel retail, and customer experience innovation.
