Arvind SmartSpaces Ltd. has announced record-breaking performance for FY25, with annual sales reaching an all-time high of ₹1,271 crore, marking a 15% year-on-year growth. The company also reported its highest-ever annual collections at ₹942 crore, a 7% increase from the previous year. Revenue from operations saw a significant 109% rise to ₹713 crore, while EBITDA surged by 130% to ₹196 crore. Net profit for FY25 soared 133% to ₹119 crore.
During the year, ASL secured new projects across Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, and Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), expected to generate topline revenue of approximately ₹4,450 crore. The company also reported operating cash flows of ₹337 crore. The Board has proposed a final dividend of ₹6 per equity share.
In Q4 FY25, bookings rose 18% YoY to ₹381 crore. Revenue grew 39% YoY to ₹163 crore, with EBITDA up 57% and PAT increasing 12% to ₹21.8 crore. A major highlight of the quarter was the acquisition of a ~150-acre plotted development project in Ahmedabad with a revenue potential of ₹600 crore.
CEO Kamal Singal emphasized the company’s strong position, particularly in Bengaluru, which contributed ₹474 crore (37%) to annual bookings. Projects like Aquacity and The Park were key contributors. With the sector poised for long-term growth, ASL is confident in its strategic roadmap and market expansion.
