Egis, a global leader in construction engineering and consulting, has appointed Frederico Justus as CEO for its Middle East and South Asia operations. The move is part of the company’s Impact the Future strategy, which aims to double its turnover and place Egis among the top 10 global firms by 2029.
Justus succeeds Alaa Abusiam, who now transitions to lead the Americas region after five years of impactful leadership in South Asia.
With over 25 years of global experience in performance management, strategic expansion, and digital transformation, Justus is well-positioned to spearhead sustainable growth and operational excellence in the region. Previously serving as COO at Egis, his prior roles span key sectors such as engineering, technology, and energy across the Middle East, Americas, Europe, and Asia.
As part of a wider organisational restructuring, Egis has also revised its global regional divisions, now operating across five key regions: France; Europe & Africa; Middle East & South Asia; the Americas; and Asia-Pacific. This new structure supports Egis’ mission to deliver digitally advanced, sustainable infrastructure worldwide.
