FESPA Global Print Expo 2025 will unveil new additions to its feature programme—SmartHub and the ESE Pavilion—while also bringing back established highlights such as the FESPA Awards, World Wrap Masters, and the Club FESPA Lounge. Held in Berlin from 6–9 May 2025 at Messe Berlin, the show will run alongside the European Sign Expo and Personalisation Experience.
SmartHub (Hall 5.2, Stand A55) will blend hands-on exhibits with expert-led talks, focusing on intelligent manufacturing and on-demand tech. A key attraction is the Smart Factory Trail, where visitors can explore waste-reducing and efficiency-boosting solutions from partners like Mimaki, Inkcups, and Trotec.
The SmartHub Conference (first 3 days) will spotlight the business value of personalisation, with speakers including Deborah Corn, Kerry Sanders, Richard Askam, and Gemma Mitchell.
The ESE Pavilion at the European Sign Expo will spotlight fresh talent and innovation in signage, with exhibitors like Polarstar and Fast Digital Publicate displaying vibrant digital signage and LED technologies.
The FESPA Awards return to honor top talent in print, textile, packaging, signage, and more. Shortlisted entries will be showcased throughout the event, with winners revealed on 7 May.
