What can you expect from this training?
Participants will gain a deeper understanding of the Global Recycled Standard (GRS) requirements, focusing on how to implement best practices within the textile industry.
All participants will get an Ecocert Training certificate after this event.
What is the agenda of the session?

General history and main claims: History of GRS, certification scope and raw material requirements for recycled content.

Technical, Social & Environmental requirements: Technical, Social and Environmental requirements to ensure product quality, fair labour practices, and minimized environmental impact throughout the supply chain.

Labelling requirements and communication: Labelling rules for GRS-certified products, other GRS criteria and the Materials Matter Standard for clear communication.
Who should be attending the training?
Any textile manufacturers, and companies in the organic sector looking to enhance their understanding of sustainable textile production. It is particularly relevant for businesses involved in the export of organic textiles and those aiming to expand their product range to meet global recycled standards such as GRS certification.
What are the modalities?
The training will be conducted in English and online (on MS Teams, so no need to download any software) on 18th March, 2025
You will receive a link to join the session online.
It would be of 3 hours training charged INR 5,000 + GST per participant.
For international participants, the session is charged at EUR 80 per participant.
Payment to be made by bank transfer, details will be provided via email upon registration.
Ecocert reserves the right to postpone or cancel the session at our discretion.
By joining our session, you agree not to record, recreate or digitize any parts of the presentation.
