The groundbreaking CSR project Crafting Futures, a pillar of the With Love brand concept, has been unveiled by Kalyan Jewellers. This project aims to preserve craftsmanship, promote community development, and enhance the incomes of jewelry makers. Kalyan Jewellers has committed Rs 3 crore to the initiative’s implementation in order to set the groundwork for it, guaranteeing a noticeable and long-lasting impact right away.

Kalyan Jewellers is encouraging its partners and stakeholders to join the movement in order to generate a greater collective effect and bring about significant change. A long-term action plan and continuous endeavor, Crafting Futures is expected to develop and grow throughout the coming years.

“Jewellery is not just about gold and gemstones – it carries the soul and artistry of the karigars who bring each piece to life. Their craftsmanship is a living tradition that must be nurtured and passed on. With Crafting Futures, we are ensuring that traditional craftsmanship evolves with modern advancements, taking a stand for the artisans who have upheld our industry’s legacy for generations. We invite our partners to join us in this mission, ensuring a future where every artisan is valued, empowered, and supported,” TS Kalyanaraman, Managing Director, Kalyan Jewellers said.

Crafting Futures is a movement to bring about long-lasting change, not just a CSR initiative. By upgrading workspaces, implementing technology, and offering upskilling opportunities, the program aims to bridge the gap between tradition and innovation. This strategy not only upholds the handcrafted tradition but also gives craftspeople the tools they need to succeed in a rapidly evolving market. The program will also promote long-term financial stability for artisans and their families, assist the education of their children, and offer healthcare.

Kalyan Jewellers encourages its stakeholders and long-term partners to join the team as it advances this program. The goal is to create a sustainable ecosystem where craftspeople prosper, their customs remain, and their contributions are genuinely acknowledged.
