Solitario, a luxury lab-grown diamond jewelry firm, has opened its second brick-and-mortar store in Bangalore. The store, located in the metro’s Nexus Mall, was opened by Vivek Oberoi, a Bollywood actor and brand cofounder.
“Solitario represents the future of luxury—sustainable, ethical, and innovative,” Vivek Oberoi stated in a news statement. “With the opening of our second store in Bangalore, we’re delivering not only magnificent diamonds but also a unique way to experience luxury that appeals to environmentally concerned customers. We intend to repeat this expansion across India, making Solitario the first and final stop for lab-grown diamonds.”
Solitario’s CEO Ricky Vasandani, franchise owner and entrepreneur Akhil Bansal, and jewelry enthusiasts all attended the store’s launch. Solitario opened its first brick-and-mortar store in Pune last year and now has a retail presence in over seven countries and 21 locations.
“We saw a growing acceptance in the Bangalore consumer for Solitario’s bespoke designs because it caters to their aspirations, and we quickly used this to our advantage to open a second store in the city,” said Akhil Bansal, Solitario’s Phoenix and Nexus Stores franchise owner. “At Solitario, we are dedicated to creating a luxurious experience that reflects modern ideals.
