Helios, Titan Company’s watch retail company, intends to enhance its worldwide brand portfolio by launching ten global labels across its brick-and-mortar and online sales networks. The company also anticipates strong growth for U-Boat, which it recently added to its retail portfolio.

“Helios plans to launch 10 new international watch brands in the next 12 to 18 months,” Titan Company’s vice president and chief sales and marketing officer for watches and wearables, Rahul Shukla, told the Press Trust of India.

Helios just added the Italian-made watch brand U-Boat, which is known for its oil-filled dials that create the illusion of no glass and improve legibility, according to its website. Helios is expected to provide substantial double-digit growth for the label this holiday season.
“The brand is forecasting a growth of 40% to 45% in overall sales, with 20% of this coming from new collections and limited editions,” Shukla explained regarding U-Boat. “Additionally, targeted festive promotions and campaigns are expected to boost footfall and online sales by 20% to 25%.”

Titan Company, a Tata Group company, operates 240 brick-and-mortar Helios stores throughout 95 Indian cities. Helios recorded a 34% year-on-year revenue increase in fiscal year 2024, and it also sells through its multi-brand e-commerce store, which sells labels including Tissot, Seiko, Balmain, Diesel, Fossil, Daniel Wellington, Michael Kors, and Guess, among others.
