Tasva, a men’s ethnic and occasion apparel business, has opened a new exclusive location in Kolkata. The store, which is located on the city’s Elgin Road, is 2,400 square feet and was inaugurated by Bollywood star Harshvardhan Rane.
Tasva’s latest Kolkata store hosted an interactive launch event with fashion influencers and names. The business debuts their festive clothing line for the forthcoming wedding season, selling garments like kurta sets and sherwanis, as well as accessories, to create a complete wardrobe offering.
“We wanted our flagship store in Kolkata to be a reflection of the brand’s ethos—an embodiment of style, tradition, and craftsmanship,” Tasva brand head Ashish Mukul told the Indian Retailer Bureau. “The store design and layout were carefully curated to ensure a smooth and luxurious shopping journey, offering our clients a unique Tasva experience.” Kolkata was an obvious option for our flagship shop because of its rich cultural past and prominence as a fashion hotspot.”
The business features a team of dedicated stylists that are available to provide tailored services to customers. Tasva, a collaboration between Aditya Birla Fashion & Retail Limited and designer Tarun Tahiliani, strives to provide classic aesthetics to the modern Indian man, according to its Facebook page.
