Arket, a brand under H&M Group, has joined forces with Bundlee, a prominent UK kidswear rental specialist, to introduce a rental option for its children’s clothing line in the UK. Through this collaboration, subscribers can now rent Arket’s “baby and toddler essentials,” contributing to the sustainability efforts by extending the lifespan of quality children’s clothes that are typically used for a limited time.

This initiative enables customers to collectively reduce the environmental impact of the products, while also enjoying benefits such as cost savings, time efficiency, and space optimization. Sofia Snöborgs Tüll, Head of Production and Sustainability at Arket, emphasized the brand’s commitment to designing for longevity, considering it crucial for minimizing the environmental footprint of their clothing.

Bundlee founder Eve Kekeh highlighted the practicality of renting for families with fast-growing little ones, stating that it makes family life easier while contributing to planet protection. As the fashion industry increasingly embraces reuse and sustainable practices, such collaborations signify a positive step toward making children’s clothing available for multiple wearers and reducing overall waste.
