Amazon Fashion launches India’s first

‘Next Gen Store’

Amazon Fashion has launched the country’s first ‘Next Gen Store’ to cater to the fashion needs of Gen-Z shoppers.

More than 200 local and international fashion labels from a variety of categories have been added to the store, which is geared exclusively at Gen-Z customers.The “Next Gen Store” sells sneakers, athletic shoes, high boots, smartwatches, plus clothing and accessories. Levi’s, Souled Store, Mars, Lacoste, Crocs, Timex, Myglamm, Only, Vero Moda, Tommy Hilfiger, Jack & Jones, And, Fastrack, Fossil, Puma, Adidas, and L’Oréal are just a few of the brands. There are many more as well. 

In a statement on the launch, Saurabh Srivastava, the director-head of Amazon Fashion India, stated, “Gen-Z’s radiating the motto of fashion Daring and mettle, and they perceive technology to be a source of information and empowerment. We opened the first-ever Gen-Z-specific one-stop online storefront in India to meet their need for “everywhere commerce” and ease at the touch of Button.

As a market that “holistically caters to the fashion needs of all,” he continued, “we will offer one of the largest collections of brands, styles, designs, and fittings in this segment to suit the ever-evolving fashion needs of this age group at competitive prices.” More than 100 Gen Z influencers and content producers will work with Amazon to promote the “Next Gen Store.”
